It also identifies any environmental conditions in and around your home that may make your home susceptible to attack from termites, wood borers and fungal decay.

Termites (white ants) are one of the most destructive pests for a home however termites are not the only pests that can attack the timber in your home. Wood borers and Wood decay / fungi can also cause significant damage.
