InspectionSmith Property Inspections is an independently owned and operated property inspection service. Providing building and pest inspections to the Perth metropolitan area.

Our primary objective is to provide our clients with independent and objective advice on the general condition of the property that they are purchasing or selling. InspectionSmith Property Inspections is fully insured with Professional indemnity and Public liability insurance policies. All our inspections are in accordance with Australian Standards AS4349.1–2007 & AS4349.3-2010

Owner and building and pest inspector Darren has carried out over 1500 building inspections around Perth. Darren’s passion is property development and construction. Over the past 10 years Darren has bought and sold several properties, managed property developments and restored a heritage listed property.

Darren is originally from a military engineering background, has a Diploma of Building & Construction and has a wealth of knowledge in the building industry.
